Oreo Truffles

“with only three ingredients, these truffles are easy to make and delicious!”

1 -14.3 oz package of regular Oreos
8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
16 oz Chocolate melting wafers
Optional: Round molds
(for hockey puck shape)

Mix Oreos in blender on pulse until finely crushed
Add softened cream cheese until well combined on pulse setting as well
Press mixture into round molds or form into balls for round truffles
Place on a pan lined with wax paper and freeze for 15-20 minutes
Remove truffles from freezer and dip in melted chocolate and allow excess chocolate to run off
Place the chocolate truffles on wax paper to allow the chocolate to set
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator!
